George Galloway coming to speak in Bristol

My hero gorgeous George Galloway, the Respect party MP for Bradford West, who sensationally secured more votes than all the other candidates combined when winning the seat from New Labour in March 2012, will be visiting the City of Bristol on Tuesday October 16th.

Outspoken MP Mr Galloway will be speaking to the Bristol University Foreign Affairs Students in the afternoon, but will also showing his support for Neil Maggs who is standing as the Respect Party’s ‘Anti Cuts’ candidate for the Mayor of Bristol.

In a series of engagements, he will meet members of the ‘Viva Palestina’ convoy that took aid from Bristol to the people of Gaza in 2009. This will include Sakir Yildirim, who drove a 40 tonne truck laden with supplies to Gaza, all of which were paid for by donations from the people of Bristol.

Lastly, Mr Galloway is one of the speakers addressing what is anticipated to be a packed audience at 7.30 pm in the Malcolm X Centre, Grosvenor Road, St Pauls. It is a public meeting that is open to all.
