category bristol | miscellaneous | event notice author Monday July 16, 2012 16:14author by Bristol Amnesty Report this post to the editors

On Sunday 5th August we will be opening the gates to the beautiful grounds of Goldney Hall in Clifton, for our 30th Goldney Garden Party.
We have a packed line of up entertainers including  Live music from People of Note Choir, Cindy Stratton, Ramblin’ Tyme,Really the Blues, and Feral Beryl.

In the garden children are sure to enjoy being entertained by well known storytellers Michael Loader and Peter Stevenson, along with Goldney favorite Bryan the Magician and creepy crawlies with Pete the Bug man! Of course the usual array of fun and games with prizes to win.

Enjoy homemade cakes and refreshments in the Orangery, plus the change to explore the stunning and rarely open gardens of Goldney Hall – including an 18th Century underground shell grotto – not to be missed!

A number of local organisations will also be running stalls.

Gates open at 1pm and close at 5pm. Adults £5/under 12’s free.

With all funds going to Amnesty International for further information please email helenbristolamnesty@yahoo.com
