The Spring Reclaim the Fields Gathering is still on!

Yesterday morning a possession order was issued by Gloucester county council [GCC] and their friends within the Court for our immediate eviction. We believe this order to be void, as the council has not followed due process, and the issue is now under Judicial Review.

Gloucester council are desperately trying to prevent this Gathering, and will be talking to their paper hounds and their thugs, and rallying against us. The bad eggs in GCC are scared because they are underhandedly and systemically attempting to privatise this magnificent Forest. The Foresters, know this, Protect The Wilderness knows this.

We are not going to let this happen and will expose them for the scoundrels that they are.

We are digging in with this project and preparing for others, which we look forward to filling you in on soon.

Workshops are still going ahead and for anyone who may want to avoid any possible implication of being on reclaimed land, never fear, we have 40,000 thousand acres of Forest on our doorstep and Contingency plans are in order. Come to the Wilderness as scheduled, because it looks like it's going to turn out to be a very interesting few days...

Please bring tents, own bowl, cutlery etc and if possible any veg or good food to share. (we will be providing food, but after the extremely busy week we've, we could do with the all the extra help we can get food wise)

Much love

From behind the lines of the Barricades!
